How to claim offers on Reviewers.com

Once you're an approved Reviewer, you'll get access to exclusive offers from brands looking for honest, high-quality video reviews. Here’s how the process works and what you need to know.


How to claim an offer

  1. Watch your inbox., We’ll email you when there's an offer that matches your profile. These go fast and each campaign has a limited number of items - so act quickly when you see something you like.

  2. Click the link in the email. Tap the “Claim offer” button in the email. This will take you to a page that checks if the offer is still available and whether you’re eligible. If everything checks out, you’ll be redirected to the product page on the brand’s website.

  3. Order the product for free. Just add the product to your cart and continue to checkout. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Shipping is free too, as long as you're in the U.S.

  4. One offer at a time. You can only participate in one offer at a time. That means you need to complete your video review before you can claim another product.

  5. Review the product. Once your order arrives, we’ll email you when it’s time to submit your review. Just follow the instructions in that email to upload your video. You can also submit your review via the review form link sent to you by Reviewers.com right after you made your order. 


Important notes

  • U.S. only: Currently, offers are only available to Reviewers who are located in the U.S. and are shipping to a U.S. address.

  • Can’t claim? If you click a link and the offer is no longer available, it means all the samples have been claimed. Don’t worry—more offers are always on the way.

  • Checkout isn’t working? If the discount was applied at checkout, but upon ordering, the checkout fails, the campaign may have closed already. Go back to the original email and press “claim the offer,” and the page will confirm your status. If you have any issues placing an order, contact support@reviewers.com

  • Need to cancel your order? If you run into any issues with your order, reach out to the brand directly.


FAQs

Why didn’t the discount apply when I clicked the link?
The offer may have already been claimed by other Reviewers. Each offer is limited, so it's best to act fast when you receive an invite.

I claimed an offer, but I want to change it. Can I switch?
No. Once you claim an offer, you’re locked into that campaign until you submit your review or the offer closes. Make sure to only order items you can and want to review.

I haven’t received any offers—why not?
Offers are matched based on your profile and past activity. Make sure your information is up to date, and keep an eye on your inbox.

What happens if I don’t submit a review?
Submitting a review is required to stay eligible in the Reviewers.com community. If you don’t submit a review for an offer you claimed, you won’t be able to claim future offers.
